Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By clicking the “accept” button, the user is deemed to have assented to all the conditions subscribed by the service provider or their agents, assessors, and aides. This includes, but is not limited to, the aforementioned conditions. The service provider retains the right to amend these terms by adding addendums as needed.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions reflects the user’s willful commitment to abide by all set forth conditions. Once accepted, users cannot claim non-assent to specific terms.

The material available on the portal is the sole property of the provider. The provider reserves the right to determine which materials are chargeable and which are provided without additional costs.

By signing up on the portal, users consent to their data being shared with the provider’s partners, as deemed necessary, for purposes aligned with the portal’s services.

Counterfeiting or sharing of material outside the PECA (Paak Extra Coaching Academy) platform is strictly prohibited.

Each account is intended for individual use by the registered student only. Sharing login credentials or access with others, including family members or friends, is prohibited.

Any attempt to share account information, study materials, or progress data will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

PECA (Paak Extra Coaching Academy) reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy. Fees paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable.

If account sharing is detected, platform access may be denied. In severe cases, legal action may be pursued against individuals engaging in repeated violations.

By signing up, users are deemed students of the specific portal and materials they access. They may not act as assessors or critique the materials provided.

The provider holds no agency or principal relationship with users.

The service provider is not responsible for users’ academic performance or examination outcomes. The platform provides guidance but is not an accredited assessment body.

The provider operates within Pakistan’s geographical limits, and the territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan’s courts applies.

By using the portal, users acknowledge it as a supplementary education platform and not a substitute for formal education. The portal does not measure or guarantee academic progress.

Attendance in sessions does not equate to a guarantee of academic performance in competitive exams.

Users under 18 years of age must access the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is also deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms.

Users cannot challenge an instructor’s teaching methods or how sessions are conducted, as these are at the instructor’s sole discretion.

Subscription fees are subject to a refund policy, valid for seven days from the payment date. Refunds are not applicable on subscription renewals. Refunds within the seven-day period will account for deductions based on the number of hours the student attended classes during that time. The remaining amount, after these deductions, will be refunded to the user.

Refunds are only available to users not suspended due to violations of terms or disciplinary actions.

In the event of a breach of terms or disciplinary issues, the provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account immediately without prior notice for serious breaches.

The definition of a serious breach is at the sole discretion of the provider.

Users whose subscription period has ended must renew their subscription or join a crash course for continued access to materials.

Sharing prohibited content or engaging in banned practices results in immediate suspension under a zero-tolerance policy.

Spamming or misuse of the platform results in unilateral termination of accounts, with no re-entry allowed under any circumstances.

These terms are designed to ensure fair usage and protect the rights of all stakeholders.
