PECA has designed a specialized system for students who want to strengthen their English skills and dedicate extra time to preparing for the English Essay and English Precis & Composition papers. These courses are structured to meet individual student needs based on their aptitude and proficiency level.
The English Foundation Course focuses on building essential language skills, the Advanced English Grammar & Writing Course enhances writing proficiency, and the English Essay & Composition Course provides targeted preparation for these specific papers.

This examination is conducted annually without a fixed number of seats in each province. The number of available positions varies each year based on vacancies and requirements. These seats are managed by the state government, and once recruited, candidates cannot be transferred to another province.
PCS is responsible for:
- Announcing vacancies for various posts
- Selecting candidates for the declared positions based on merit
- Recruiting civil servants for their respective provinces (BPS-9 to BPS-20)
30 Day PCS Preparation (Single Paper)
PECA offers this one-month course for positions listed under the General Recruitment section at the federal or provincial levels, such as Assistant Director NAB or Assistant Director FIA. The course provides complete preparation for the examination, and once a student passes, PECA also offers training for the interview process.
The course begins with a free one-day seminar, followed by admissions on day two, and classes starting on day three.
